The Ascension Choir

The Ascension choir sings at major festivals such as Ascension Day and the Christmas Carol service.  If you are interested in joining the choir do come along to a service and make yourself known to the vicar! 

The choir sings repertoire in 4 part harmony, from the 16th century to the present day.  They rehearse on two weekday evenings before the service at which they are singing, and have a further rehearsal before the service.   The choir sings at all major festivals and some additional morning services.

Singing experience, although appreciated, is not essential. All voice parts are welcome.  

Children may join the choir if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
